Amazing in every way!! The workouts are adjusted to individual fitness levels. They target goals you wish to achieve as well as offering professional nutritional and fitness advice. All of this in a warm, friendly and comfortable environment! I highly recommend 307 Fitness for all ages, fitness levels and genders!

I've been going to Jenna for training for about 3 years now. When I first started I was very overweight, in very poor physical health and was insecure with everything about myself. I never wanted to workout in front of others because I was so embarrassed, but I was immediately comfortable with Jenna. She worked with me at my level, yet pushed me at the same time. Today I am a completely different woman because of Jenna! She has been patient with me and always encourages me to keep going no matter how many times I waver. I am in so much better physical, mental and emotional shape than ever before! I went from a size 16 to my current size 6. I was 180 pounds with no strength or muscle and am currently 155 pounds with good muscle tone and stronger than ever! Jenna taught me that the number on the scale doesn't determine your progress. The changes in shape, size, lean muscle and health are the progress to look for. Jenna isn't just a trainer, she is a friend to all her clients. She truly cares about each one of us and goes out of her way to do what she can to help you along your health journey. She is the best of the best in my book!! I started virtual boot camp with Jenna during the pandemic. Along with eating right I really noticed a difference. I feel so much better after completing a workout with her and love the fun competition to get a better workout in. The ladies are all awesome and I have continued to workout virtually since I live in a different state. Every week I make it a point to not miss my workout. I also enjoy the positive feedback and encouragement from Jenna. I highly recommend Chic Fitness to anyone looking for a great workout!

I love Chic Fitness 303! Her training sessions are always diverse, fun, and incredibly motivating. Jenna is not only a trainer but also a nutritionist. Following her meal plan and workout routines, I lost 12 pounds in the first month! I am feeling so much more energetic, happy, and excited to continue get healthier with Jenna leading the way!!
