Eliza is absolutely incredible not just as the owner of 7K Fitness, but as a trainer and a person ❤️❤️The moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the respect, love, and positive energy that she brings to the space. It’s 24/7 access super easy set up on phone.

The gym itself is packed with quality equipment, but what really sets it apart is the welcoming vibe. I’ve never once felt out of place or embarrassed to ask how to do something everyone here is supportive and uplifting.

And let’s talk about location literally right next to the Bear River State Park! Incredible nature trail After a great workout, you can hit the nature trail for a run or walk and it’s the perfect way to finish strong.

My son and his friends go there to work out. It's a great place for them it's a safe environment the lady that works in the front keeps me updated if there's ever any issues which there is only been one with teenage boys but it is very convenient and the price is great thank you 7K fitness

7k is always and has always been cool! I go at times when nobody else is there so I have the whole gym to myself. The owner is a sweet woman that's always nice and trying to help

7k all day. Only place in Evanston that has my attention. Great personalized choice of classes, equipment and ways to get that proper workout. Local badass owner who's a body builder( no one trusts a skinny chef) and overkill on equipment that's usually packed consistently at other gyms. Clean and the best place in Evanston to get your swol on. 💪 My new Dojo 10/10

A lot of cool and amazing equipment. I did my cardio for %110. Owner is very helpful. She came and let me get a day pass even if no one was at front desk due to a storm i think. Great place, great management.
