(I was actually going to stop going because they jacked up the drop in price to $10. Lucky I have all the info from this sheet now. As long as their punch pass doesn't expire, I'll just do that now for $5.)

The folks who were very nice and this is certainly a nice facility. I was allowed to pay a day use fee to access the yoga room and go through my daily practice even when there was no scheduled class

Fox News playing on the TVs. Seriously? Day pass was only $6 which is nice, but never going back.

Ordered a turkey cucumber sandwich from the attached cafe after workout and there was no cucumber in it. Halfway through my sandwich I asked for a cucumber on the side and only then did the server inform me they were out of cucumbers.

They have a sauna which is cool but pre-heat it during your workout if you want to use it. It's not kept hot and it heats up very slowly, I sat in there for 15 minutes and it only increased 4 degrees above ambient temperature.

The customer service is still sub par! I don’t understand when customer service went down the drain but this gym has been the worst with it. Reason why I still love going to the Rec Center. The equipment is great and other things that they offer such as the coffee beanery is too but to me without good customer service it really sets the tone with overall experience.

Signed up for a couple weeks while I was in town from Canada. Great gym with welcoming and amazing staff. Members are kind and not a bro club as it appears balanced. Didn't have issues with equipment being used as I needed them. Clean spot and would recommend and sign up here again in the future.

Came to town for a week and they offered an affordable week pass. The atmosphere and people were both great. The best part is that people wiped off their sweat and put their weights away when finished. If I lived there, it would be my primary gym. Thanks!

I originally searched up CrossFit in the local area and CrossFit Gillette showed up in the search. When I called it ended up being All Dimensions. I asked about the CrossFit program but they said they offered Metcon offered by Tony. I was interested in it and as well as my daughter since she does CrossFit in SD. As soon as I asked about it for my daughter the lady changed her tone and said that “This is an adult gym”. I didn’t get to ask questions for myself being a member as she soon hung up. Customer service speaks volumes to me. I will continue on with my services at the other local gym that’s not 24 hours in Gillette that has wonderful customer service.

Tonight was my first night using this gym and that atmosphere is fantastic. From what I've seen so far there are really good people that go and it's very clean and well kept. The equipment is varly new and works great. Out of all the machines I saw 1 treadmill out of order.

Currently visiting from NY and was in need of a gym to go to for the week. allDimensions is clean, accommodating and friendly. They have plenty of equipment plus a nice little coffee shop right as you enter.
I would recommend this gym, not only to those visiting the area but residents as well!

first of all the owner toni hladky is such an awesome lady and has brought up an amazing business. all the staff members are so friendly and welcoming. the atmosphere itself is great. even the people that workout there are so kind and it’s a plus because they have a coffee shop!! this gym has been nothing boy a joy to workout with and i strongly recommend people to get a membership here. it’s also nice because it’s 18 and older so it’s a mature setting

I came to town for a few days and asked if I could come in and work out and the service was awful. They were rude and blunt and didn’t allow me to come in. They claim to be 24 hours but they were closed and I called once again when I got into town. They were rude. And even hung up on me after I said I wanted to look around. Awful gym. Go to another one. They are much nicer at the others and much more helpful.
