This gym has been a gem in Casper. Have been going here for the last 2 years. It has been a great place to build a community amongst other gym goers.

They have expanded which has made a big difference and allows more to be done with whatever your program for exercise is. The staff are great. Brandon is always willing to answer and respond to issues promptly outside of staffed hours.

I’ve been a member of Fit 24 for years. The last 2 1/2 years I’ve used their personal training and have been more than happy. The facility is very clean and the personnel are very friendly and helpful. Love this place. Highly recommend !!!

This gym has been one of the greatest gyms that I have gone to. After training with a group of people, then going solo I was accepted for being a powerlifter. Always have had all the equipment that I have needed to train. Also the staff are always knowledgeable about any questions that have come up while training.

Excellent gym with plenty of equipment for 99% of the people wanting to use a gym. It is clean and most of the time not overly busy. They have a couple shower areas, free day-use lockers, tanning beds and TV's.

They have a wide variety of equipment including treadmills, cable machines that encompass all muscle groups and a ton of free weights.

It doesn't have the meat-heat vibe like some places, but also isn't going to be serving you pizza & sounding alarms at you like a certain purple gym.

Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice gym, 24hr access that is clean and has great variety.

It used to be great but has gone downhill since new ownership. It’s a shame because my husband and I have spent countless hours on our gains here, we actually met here and then started dating. Despite how much I care for it and how convenient it is for our location, I cancelled my membership. You will not be dealing with locals, they outsource their billing to a sketchy company out east that caused more issues than the benefit of keeping my membership.

Great gym, my wife and I both go here and just got two friends who moved here signed up as well. It’s clean, well maintained, and the 24 hour availability is a plus for working parents for fitting it into our schedule, especially for early mornings. Plenty of different kinds of equipment for any routine. Minor constructive criticisms would be that the music is LOUD but noise-canceling headphones help with that. The wifi gets spotty in certain areas but I just switch over to cellular and it’s fine. Floor space is limited for mat exercises but people are friendly and courteous about moving around you if you have to move out of the corner and find somewhere else to work [edit: except for a couple of Karens in the morning that take forever on the squat rack]. Some of the patrons seem to be obsessed with HGTV and Fox but it’s easy to switch if no one’s actively watching, and no one has ever fussed when I’ve asked to switch them first if they are. Overall I’d recommend this gym to anyone in Casper, especially for the price!

All of the instructors are great. Super motivating and willing to help anyone who is newer and or a veteran member. Super positive environment and the classes are always challenging. With the variety of coaching styles that each instructor has, adding in all the different equipment available to use there is always new activities and workouts. I wouldn't think of cancelling my membership, and I would and do highly recommend Prana & Fit24 to everyone willing to listen!

I travel a lot for work and have been to many gyms around the country. Worked out here for 5 days. Owner/Staff are the most pleasant people. Facility is SPOTLESS. Everything to meet anyone's needs. All equipment is up to date, and in great condition. If I was local, I'd purchase a yearly membership in a heartbeat. Whenever I'm in Casper, I'll certainly be by!

My gym! It's great! Please stay away as I like it best when it isn't crowded.
Or if you must try a 24-hr. gym that's very well run and has all of the exercise machines, free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, and gym-style biking machines that you might want to use, come on over. I really like the 7 t.v.'s above the treadmills and ellipticals that you can set up for whatever your favorite channel of the moment might be. They also have wifi.
Oh yeah, if you're into tanning they have two tanning booths. Also, Fit24 is the home of Prana Fitness. I can't explain Prana very well except to say that it seems to be real popular.
Fit24 doesn't have a whirlpool or a sauna or a steamroom, but two of the changing rooms/bathrooms have showers. All four, and the whole gym, are very clean. The staff is friendly and low-key.
I'd write more, but I have to leave the computer and go to the gym.
