For the price and it being locally owned, the standard of excellence just isn't there. Equipment is in shotty shape, small things are often missing, staff has little knowledge, etc. It isn't a ripoff, but I expected more.

So close to perfect. Having a North location makes it great for me. The equipment is in pretty good condition and has most of what you could ever want. Less crowded than the competitors, so never have to wait much for your equipment.

Absolutely love this gym!! Its clean and equipment is adequate! The group fitness is my favorite, they do a fantastic job programming workouts and the times are great too. The membership fee is extremely reasonable and more than fair. They also have monthly tanning packages and provide several bed options. Both locations are equally as great! Best gym in town!

I go here 5 times a week generally. The gym itself is not extravagant but has everything you need to get in a solid workout. No sauna, 2 showers, locker room is somewhat lacking. It's a solid gym and the employees and customer service are great. The facilities at the college drive location are much better though. Mainly go to this location because of its proximity to my current job.

Love this gym! The staff is always pleasant and the equipment is great as well! The only downfall would be the monthly due. If they dropped it to 20 dollars a month it would make the experience that much better!

Just wanted to update this review since they were bought out locally and now named Fitness307. The experience is still great! It seems that the staff is older now which is nice, no high schoolers sitting on their phone behind the desk or while walking around. The staff is always cleaning or doing other things, which is nice to see! Still a 5 star facility!
Always clean and super friendly, from the folks who work in the gym all the way up to the regional manager, everyone is always wanting to help!

Fitness one needs to expand the exercise room and offer a step class. It would be nice if they offered some perks like towels and water. The staff are nice but are never at the desk when you need them.

Cheap and membership get you into the east gym as well. Very clean, easy to access 24hrs with a wide variety of fitness equipment. The classes are drop in and are very fun if you are looking to mix it up.
