I had to put my account on a freeze bc I was getting surgery and they are still charging me. When I tried to find out why they are still charging me they are not doing anything about it. They are just wanting to scam people for there money

I enjoying going to this gym It is decently sized and the best part is that it is open 24/7. You can't go wrong with that. Most of the equipment is in good shape and there is a nice sized room downstairs for more room. A good number and variety of treadmills, bikes, stair climbers and workout benches.

Been going here for years.. they hardly did any improvements. I guess you don't have to when you're the only place around. but go figure, competition opens up and they start beautification. the treadmills are old and faulty. the machines are constantly breaking. and best of all. when you try to cancel your membership they will give you the run around. ALL the people inside the gym will tell you they can't cancel it (talked to 3 different people) and then called the owner and nothing was done.. phonecards are ignored.. save your money and time. go elsewhere

Courteous staff. Tons of machines and equipment to use. Something for everyone to achieve personal fitness goals. Clean facility with restrooms, changing rooms and shower available. Lounge area downstairs. Virtual classes available in separate space upstairs. Martial arts classes on site. Drinks for purchase available. Would recommend this gym!

I’m from out of town but GitFit has always been my go-to gym when I’m away from home! The facility is always clean and the employees are so friendly! I had a problem getting in this morning and Elvira came in on a Sunday to get things figured out for me and just went above and beyond all around! Phenomenal customer service! I am so grateful for this gym and would recommend them to anyone! Such a great addition to downtown Torrington!

The water machine has been broken for 3 days now. Nobody is here to fix it. Equipment isn't worth the money you pay for a membership. Almost worth the money to travel to Scottsbluff.

When you sign up , be sure you understand how archaic and one sided their financial agreement is. You are required to submit , IN WRITING, 30 days in advance to cancel. EVEN AFTER YOUR YEAR, OR 2 year agreement is over. Also if your bank card changes and makes you late with your payment, they soak you for an absorbent late fee.
I went , in person and requested my membership be canceled. I was told it would be taken care of. That was a LIE costing me more money.
This business has a very short sighted business plan that places more emphasis on scalping existing customers, than building good will and a good reputation. In the end I hope people realise their only interest is your bank account and not your good health.
