Wish I would have found Chris sooner as a barbell coach. His own knowledge of programming, evaluating, and form feedback of the big 4 barbell lifts to ensure continuing progress while balancing working shift work and extra overtime shifts while having kids and a busy life outside the gym is priceless. Chris’ own experiences with walking the talk proves his method of programming is priceless to someone who works a busy, shift work schedule. I would recommend Chris to anyone especially those with odd work schedules and those who don’t want and don’t have the time to spend 2+ hrs in the gym seeing diminishing returns on lifting progress.

Chris is an extremely knowledgable and motivational coach!! He is always there to answer your questions, no matter how silly they may seem or how often you ask them. He is just enough of a "hardass" to keep you motivated without being mean or demeaning! He always checks in to make sure the workouts are working for you and will modify them if they aren't. When I first started lifting I was very self conscious, had low self esteem, and low energy. I have my confidence and self esteem back and have alot more energy. I owe alot to chris and haggit barbell and couldnt be more thankful for everything he has done for me!! He is amazing and I definitely reccomebd him to everyone!! 😁

I can't say enough good things about Chris! I don't know that he knows but he literally saved my life! I was massively obese and been looking looking a trainer and couldn't find one and was about to give up and be unhealthy for the rest of my days when I got in touch with Chris! I have only been working with him for a couple months but I'm down 25 pounds already, feeling better, eating better, sleeping better, and overall just doing good! Chris is crazy positive and legitimately wanting to help me and other people. I recommend 110%!

Working with Chris has been a pleasure! The only pain came when I gave my all in the workouts, and the little bit of starving I “felt” I was doing when cutting calories. He sets realistic goals for you and works in sequences, using small goals to help you get to bigger goals later. Great guy, great coach! I highly recommend him!

Chris is an amazing coach! I never knew I was capable of lifting heavy until I was coached by Chris. He is very knowledgeable about power lifting and he is very encouraging! He always gives fast and constructive feedback and also cares about his clients well-being. I would recommend 100%!
