Over the past year, I have observed multiple ongoing problems at the gym that have not been addressed. Several machines remain out of order, the toilet in the women’s bathroom frequently becomes clogged, and there have been occasions where a strong odor, at times resembling urine, has been present in the workout area. The TV in the kids’ area has been broken for an extended period, and when it does work, the remote is unavailable, preventing us from changing the channel. Other TVs in the facility are also not functioning.

I also recently became aware that my membership can only be paused once per year. As someone who travels out of the country multiple times annually, this policy presents a challenge. It was not communicated to me at the time I joined, despite my mentioning that I would be traveling frequently.

I hate to leave a negative review, but due to these ongoing issues and the limitations of the membership policy, I have decided to cancel my membership.

I came back here again and signed up for this gym after having such a great experience last time. The pricing is still very fair and straightforward. The equipment, staff, and gym overall are fantastic. The gym got even better because you can now enter the building through an app on you can download on your phone. The convenience is unmatched. I see myself always using this gym whenever I'm in the area.

Fantastic gym and equipment! Not busy, but I went a little before 6am, so that's expected. Wide selection of dumbbells and multiple barbell racks (power racks, bench racks, etc). They had an outdoor section that I still want to try, and likely will. Also, many cardio machines for those interested in cardio training.

Access was really simple. Signed up for a day pass on the website, and then used the Bluetooth on my phone to access the gym. No problems at all, never needed to talk to anyone or get a key fob.

Very good assortment of equipment, the equipment is usually very good about presenting information on default weight and resistance percentages (where applicable), the whole place is kept very clean which is in part due to the respectful little gym community that works out here. Options for gyms in Riverton are rather limited and I can confidently say that this is the best one around.

This place was amazing! I was in town for a few weeks & this place saved me. It was inviting & very clean. The staff was amazing & the ppl working out were very nice. I’m not a gym rat, more of a self conscious beginner & I felt very comfortable here.

Iron Works does a great job at making the gym a comfortable and less intimidating space by providing its members with professional yet personable services! At other gyms, if I didn’t know how to use a machine I simply would avoid it. However, at Iron Works, the staff not only demonstrates how to effectively use the equipment but also will recommend machines/exercises based on your fitness goals. 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to live a healthier life!

Lack of professionalism from the start! Never would recommend this business. I have asked for a phone call over a month ago from Cami (the owner) still to date I have not gotten a phone call. Never have I been charged $30 for a credit card not going through until iron works. Instead of a phone call I got the rudest email. I continued to request a phone call still nothing!!! Horrible customer service!!! Never do business with Iron Works!!!

How unprofessional to regurgitate all the notes on the account and to list names associated with the response! This continues to show you how unprofessional this company is. I have paid their additional fees 4 different times. The fact of the matter is I asked for a phone call back. Still to this date I have not gotten a phone call back. That is customer Service and the facts about this company! It is simple I asked to have someone call me back to discuss this and you have refused so the second time requesting a call back from the first time I stated that I will let the public know through social media what type of company you have if I can't get a phone call back. It is pretty simple. Continue to argue with me on your platform or just do the right thing and call me back.

I love Iron Works Gym! Extremely family friendly and professional. The equipment is the cleanest I've ever seen in a gym and the employees are continuously cleaning and maintaining everything in the gym. Amazing gym and awesome atmosphere! Iron Work Gym, is the most welcoming gym I have been to the staff is incredible, they’re always willing to help and encourage you.
I’ve been to other gyms in Riverton and I never gotten the same warm welcome like I do at Iron Works.
The personal trainer Troy and Nutritionist Sammy have help me so much in my fitness journey, I wouldn’t have found them if it weren’t for iron works.
The gym itself is always so clean, they have an awesome cardio and weight area, even a place for the kids!
They also have free classes that are so helpful, and fun!!
They have boxing, yoga, weight training, and Anti gravity class!
This is the best place to start your fitness journey, and I’m so glad I’ve found Iron Works gym!

I have been an active member of this gym for two years. To be perfectly honest the gym is not only my happy place where I go to work out, but since going to Iron Works gym I have improved myself not only weight wise, but physically. I workout six days a week and go to Troy's class that has helped me build the muscle and tone down. Where I was a year ago was not healthy but if you were to look at me now you would never know I was the same person. I'm not only stronger physically but I feel empowered.

I love this gym! I have had the opportunity to not only work out here, but work here as a nutritionist! My experiences have been nothing but positive. I’ve been a member here for over ten years. I’ve always been comfortable working out here and are always surrounded by good, respectful, friendly people, staff and members/clientele included. The equipment is very clean and the gym is always tidy. Plenty of space for floor work, the weights are organized(that’s important to me..haha) and they have an array of great cardio equipment. If any machine or equipment is ever not in working order, it’s fixed in a very timely manner. I’ve never seen any equipment that is not well maintained. I am appreciative of the quality gym and atmosphere they provide!

I been going to iron work for more then 1 year now. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The gym environment is amazing. The people there are always friendly. The equipment is easy to find and use. The classes also help if you want to find something new. The staff make sure your always taking care of. Let me start by telling the reason I ended up at iron works. In September of 2019 I had back surgery. I had my L-3, L-4 fused. I have always been very active but after 6 months of healing my confidence levels plummeted. So knowing Kami and her back ground in body building and training it felt right to reach out to her gym. After getting under Kami's training for 6 months I cant say enough how much she helped me and taught me. As for the gym its self I was very pleased with the free weights and universal weights. It is always clean and very well organized. I also love the code system to enter the building it gives me a feeling of safety. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

I love Iron Works Gym. They have the best equipment kept clean and functioning properly. Their staff are experts in their fields. AntiGravity and Self Defense/boxing classes are my favorites. Their nutritionist Sami Smith is wonderful to work with and has really zoned in on my needs to support my health and weight loss goals.

If I could leave a 0 I would! Over price, and 24hrs doesn't mean the same to them. On multiple occasions my pin hasn't worked. The atmosphere there is very judgmental. They give you a dress code. Their bathrooms are very small! One toilet to be exact. Very small gym, its hard to find your own equipment to use. If you want to cancel they charge an astronomical amount. I recommend Teton! The price is worth it!👇point proven with the level of disrespect and unprofessional management.

Great gym and great staff, it's open 24 hours a day 6 days a week. It has everything you need including lots of classes. The atmosphere is also very relaxing and not intimidating at all. There are a few down sides, for example it's the most expensive gym in town and doesn't offer everything that some other gyms offer, I feel that it should cost a little less because of that.

But it does have a great vibe and a lot of great people working out and working there. I love it and hope to see it grow because it has potential to be an amazing gym. If it was bigger and had a little more equipment and showers then it would be pretty close to perfect.
