This place is so cool!
Awesome for all ages and abilities.
My grandchildren love it here. They have been working on their ninja skills since they were babies. Truly a great way to get the kids into fitness and fun. They work on so many skills even with the toddlers. They give the kids just the right amount of help, guidance, encouragement and praise. I am so impressed!

Our kids have been serious about ninja warrior training for the past six years, and we are so impressed by this gym. The staff is excellent and the facility is fantastic! We live in Colorado but wish we lived close enough to bring our kids all the time! This would be a great place for a birthday party, to run out some energy on a road trip, or a top notch place to train regularly. We'll be back as often as our schedule allows!

Great way to play and get kid energy out. We came through town last week and made a stop. Staff was helpful without pushing. They had videos so the youngest could see how it worked. The kids had a great time and were passed out in the car for the next several hours. We will definitely go again,

Came from out of town and decided to bring my 18 month old in. I figured after over 4 hours on the road he needed to burn off some energy. We were the only ones there but it was still a fun experience. He was still too young to use the equipment but he ran around and played on the mats. Next time we are town I will be stopping here again.

This place is really neat.... the owner went above and beyond to show us what they do there. My kids loved having the opportunity to try a few of the events they have seen on the show:)

Leap was such a great way to get my kids’ (ages 10m-9y) energy out! Coach Camille was super helpful: building courses for the kids to run through, coaching the kids through different obstacles, and teaching techniques for getting up the walls. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a great place to get back in shape or recover from injury. Derek is wonderful and so helpful. My daughter loves open gym and I can't wait to start classes. This will be a great addition to my physical therapy.

My kids LOVE going here. The entire staff is great. Even in open gym they help the kids, coach and give them pointers on how to approach their obstacles.

Derek and his entire staff are so passionate about health and fitness for all ages, conquering goals and trying new things. They've worked with me on our weird scheduling needs and accommodated our different nannies into our family plan, too. All around awesome, just wish we had time to visit more often!

We were visiting from out of town and saw LEAP when I was driving by. I have three boys that love American Ninja Warrior, so knew we had to to add this to our agenda for the week. Derek was out on the floor helping some kids when I called but immediately sent me a text to answer my questions. We came in the next day and coach John helped each of the boys learn how to navigate the different obstacles. My kids were begging to go back, so we ended up taking them the next day as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and equipment is top notch. I only wish we had a place of this caliber in St. Louis.

Pretty sure my kids will not allow us to visit Laramie anymore without making a stop here!

The happiest you'll ever see a group of kids "working out". Happy, constantly challenged and always supported with positivity. I can't say enough about Leap and the family that's being built there. Derek and John will adopt you the second you walk in. Tons of equipment for ALL ages. Thank you guys!

I cannot say enough good things about LEAP! What a blessing for our family! This is a place where family’s can build a healthy lifestyle together in an inclusive and positive environment that offers something for everyone. As a father, what I appreciate most is the positive energy, support and challenge our nine year gets from the ninja classes/team practice. Our three year old twin daughters love to play and be active in a safe and fun setting. My wife and I can enjoy working out in a supportive system with challenges for every ability level. Derek, the owner and operator, has always been so helpful and motivating and has really built something Laramie can be proud of.

LEAP is absolutely the best! There are so few places where parents and kids can get their exercise at the same time. We have a family membership and it is worth every cent. The kids can do ninja warrior classes and the parents can do high intensity class workouts. Also, for the kids, the ninja workouts are focused on positivity, building confidence, fun and fitness. Highly recommend to anyone.

My kids go to LEAP once a week for the kids camp and they love it. Since the gym opened a year ago I have noticed how the owner Derek has worked hard to make sure that the gym has something for all ages. During the camps the gym has obstacles and courses for the kids’ various ages and skill levels, my 6 year old is in the beginners and my 8 year old is in a more advanced group and they both have so much fun. The staff and owner are all friendly and ready to help. We even go on the weekends sometimes when the kids need to burn off some energy.

Ninja workout location for adults that also has equipment kids can use. Good spot for having athletic kids get exercise in poor weather while the adults get a workout.

There is a section for eating up front and you can bring your own drinks or snacks to eat on the picnic tables. There is a row of couches to watch from. One of them has a loose back that falls over; be cautious when sitting there. Clean environment. I don’t know if they’re sanitizing the equipment daily, which would be hard to do on the rings and bars. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was very nice.

There is a running track and some treadmills on one side. The ninja equipment is in the middle with rings and rungs. The back has additional ninja activities like balance beams and barrel rolls. There are timers for some of the areas.

I took my family to work out for the first time today. They have the best equipment in town. Not over crowded and a great place for teenagers.

Jessica did a great job of getting us started. They have a new work out planned every day.

Walking into the facility I was first greeted warmly by Coaches Liv and Derek. Derek is a Laramie local and lifelong athlete. Certified crossfit and ninja warrior coach, he was happy to explain how to safely attack an obstacle or use fitness equipment.

The right side of the gym has all of the state of the art equipment one would need for a HIIT workout/Olympic lifts/powerlifting. Including a full set of dumbbells, kettlebells, bumper plates, Rogue racks and all the ergs you could ask for. Also there is a 40yd astroturf lane with weight sleds for speed work.

The left side of the gym has all the ninja warrior training rigs. With six lanes, they rotate the obstacles every week so you're always challenged. I got my butt whooped trying to swing from a straight bar and catch a hanging net. The left wall of the gym has four vert walls at 8,10,12,14.5 ft. Towards the back there is a decent sized rock wall for training finger strength and modular padding for balance training.

Coming from a big city, It's quite a treat to have a state of the art performance fitness training facility like this in Laramie. A place where you can train AND test out how "functionally fit" you are. It's a place where adults and kids can go play and develop their physical strength.

Great addition to Laramie. Wow, a place kids can learn skills and run around. Adults can play and / or workout. I suggest play! But the option to workout while kids play too is a nice one. We’ll definitely be coming for a kids after school class.

LEAP is amazing! This place has changed our lives. Our kids love to run, jump, play, and burn off all their extra energy. It’s the only place in town where the whole family can workout at the same time. Excellent equipment, helpful and motivating staff, great challenges. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, indoor activity!

Took my 4 year-old and a few of her friends, ages 4-8. This is a great place for kids to explore movement on their own and with an adult. My daughter loved trying the obstacles her own way and completing them with some help from me. Can't wait for what else is in store at LEAP!
