As soon as I walk in, I scan my pass then I go into the locker room. I invited a friend to come as my guest so he comes and scans his phone as a guest then Gary decides to come yell at me while I am in the restroom yelling at me I need to come sign him in I come and ask him why he thinks it’s okay to come yell at a member while they are using the toilet he starts yelling and then calms down saying I have have to leave I ask him if this is a race thing being I’m Hispanic but Texas raised and born he told me not to call him a racist asked for his name he said he is the manager and his name Gary, I don’t think a member should be treated like this. He kicked me out, but My friend that is Caucasian is still inside. I only use the restroom did not get to work out so very disappointed. I don’t think he’ll get fired, but I honestly think it was very unprofessional of him to act this way I think it’s a race discrimination since I am outside with a pass as a member and my friend was able to stay inside to take his shower and doesn’t even have membership. Regardless I am or was a member that has had a membership for the last 3 years paying ever month and going everyday as-well it says judgment free zone I don’t think that was the case here today

My wife and I travel around every summer and we have been to maybe 40-50 PF locations. This one in Casper deserves a shout out for their attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and making sure that all equipment is working properly. Generous size and more than ample space for working out. A great workout experience.

They have an online way to book helpful classes, but they don't have a trainer. You'll find that out when you try to check in for your appointment. Pf let's teens have run of the gym for free all summer long. If you have a paid membership, you come second to teens hanging out. They take pictures while you use the locker rooms. Billing mistakes never get fixed. The staff has little if any knowledge of the machines or how to use them. Any "perks" on your apps cost more than if you go to the store to get the item. This year has been a disappointment this year.

While working out of state in Casper, WY and nowhere near a 24 hour fitness where I’m a member, I stopped in here hoping to have a decent day pass rate. $20! That’s what the bald, condescending manager said. I balked at the price…$20…for one visit? “Well…it’s for 24 hours so, technically, you could get in TWO workouts”. I said, “buddy…I WORK…I can’t fit two workouts in in 24 hours for $20”.

That was my first and last visit to a planet fitness. You guys are a punchline to several jokes and now I see why. It starts with your staff.

Would not recommend. Plenty of other gyms around that are 1. actully 24/7 and 2. do not have an obscure and predatory business practice. Definitely reporting to the BBB for unethical treatment.

Edit: I think not, I was also lured in by the app with a deal for a free month ( which i was charged for) and now have to pay a cancelation fee.

There are about 3 other gyms in casper, all of which do not do any of this. If I had a lawyer I would take them to small claims court. I cannot stress enough to not join this place.

I went in to renew my membership today and the bald guy at the front desk was extremely rude and obviously misogynistic. I had attempted to renew online, but the system was not sending me the email confirmation. So, I decided to go in and they could help me. The rude bald guy spoke down to me as if I was an idiot woman who didn't know how to check email. Then he says the nationwide software is down, so they can't do anything. Huh. Seems maybe he should have put two and two together before treating me like I was stupid. I really hope the system didn't store that renewal, because after that interaction I would very much prefer not giving this gym my money.

I stopped in as I drove through. The manager was friendly, and the gym was, in my opinion, the cleanest gym I have been to. The machines were very clean and the floors under them cleaned too. (No other gym I have been to has been like that) staff were friendly and were cleaning if not helping others. Showers had great pressure, and they were hot.

The GM, Gary Bryan is a creepy man who preys on young women. I joined this gym becuase my husband had been a member for a couple years. When i started coming, Gary would approach me with stories of being recently divorced and that the holidays would be lonely that year. It was clear that he was trying to make me feel bad for him and keep him company. Weve tried to attendd the gym when Gary is not working but recently hes abruptly kicked my husband out for bringing attention to a dangerous sex offender that poses as a trainer for Planet Fitness. Ive also canceld for the poor treatment and creepy vibes this place gives. Hopefully this gym can drain the swamp or else its going to sink !

the equipment is great but from now on i will be washing the machines after and before because i saw not many people washing there equipment after use witch is not the employees fault. There is also a bland man i am pretty sure he is the manager but me, my sister, and my mother have herd him say some really mean things about people after they leave like they don't let kids into the tanning and massage room witch makes since but then he tends to complain like this mother was tanning and her 13 or 14 year old kid was in the waiting room while she was tanning and they left like 20 seconds before us and as we are passing the bald man and a other very sweet employee the bald man says wow people think we are just he to babysit their children but your the one who does not let kids sit on the couch while their guardians are tanning or getting a massage like make up your mind bald dude. I was denied entry with my guest even though I have a black card membership (since 2018) because I did not have my phone with me to check in via the app. I had my key tag but was told I was only allowed entry with the app. I travel all over the country, use PF facilities everywhere, and this is the first time I was so rudely denied entry. This is not okay. No where in my contract states that I must use the app.

I went in and spoke with the manager (bald guy) and I wanted to rejoin the gym. The manager had such a chip on his shoulder and his non-verbal cues told me that it was such an inconvenience that I was there asking questions and making sure that things changed with this gym. From being a former member I know they don't clean throughout the day (maybe only once a day) and they will not talk with other members who refuse to wipe down machines after use.....They are actually not open 24 hours!!! This is not how you treat people, ESPECIALLY VETRAINS!!!

Great gym can sign in and go as you please, at least I thought so. Been going since November never had an issue. 2 months later they want to take a picture of me, and refused me to go in to the gym because the account name is under my significant others name. There’s no way to change his name to mine, and he would have to cancel the account, and pay under mine. They offered to let me in with a $20 day pass. So they will take my money, but the account I have doesn’t work because it’s not my first name, and instead wanted to take more money from me. Never had an issue. 2 months of going, also never wanted a picture of me. Nope. I’ll find another gym that won’t steal all my money.

I'm visiting Casper for a week and it was an absolute delight to visit the Casper PF using my PF Black Card privileges.
The facility is well laid out with no crowding between the machines and the workout stations. Everything is kept very clean and all of the machines are in excellent condition and very good working order.
The facility users are considerate and focused on doing their workouts promptly without over occupying any of the equipment or benches while conversing with others or using their cell phones. The facility is loaded with overhead television screens to watch the major stations during your workout. Also, many of the cardiovascular machines have individual viewing screens if you like watching something while you exercise.
I wish my home facility in Texas was as well kept with as considerate users as is the Casper facility.

Nice got showers. Good water pressure. Bathroom right near the entrance which I like. 4 showers and 4 locking changing rooms. Handicapped bathroom currently out of order. Hair dryers in the bathroom. I noticed they only have the half size lockers instead of the full ones so I just used both top and bottom. Extra wide purple shower curtains which was nice. Hydro bed was nice as well. Planet fitness has the dumbest policies of any gym? If you are actually trying, there is a policy to kick you out. They don't work with personal trainers because they "can't afford to keep them on staff" and to clarify, MOST gyms actually profit significantly from having personal trainers on staff, the client pays both the trainer and the gym. So their dumb policies are costing them a ton of money. Go somewhere else.

This is a beautiful gym that needs to get with the times.
TOTAL BODY ENHANCEMENT also works for cowboys. "We're a bunch cowboys" was the excuse for not having it. Lol. Aside from that, the machine selection was the best I have seen anywhere. It was very dirty, and almost no one was cleaning machines, which I am seeing as a trend in the nEW gyms I happen upon.
Total body enhancement and proper cleaning would make this a 5 star gym. They also kept asking me to sign in, after doing so, which I thought was very odd. But good experience, overall.

The music was way too loud, the lighting felt like I was inside a night club!

UPDATE: so my friend asked me to join her this morning at Planet Fitness as her guest and I must say this was a WHOLE better experience . We had an awesome workout and the gym was larger and had alot more equipment then I expected. New General manager rude, condescending, and arrogant. Brought my child to sit in seated area to do school work after seeing a child previously do the same. Was told child wasn’t allowed to sit and wait where I could see them. Told me in the most condescending, rude, arrogant tone of voice that it stated in my contract that I signed that I could not bring a child any younger than 12. I stated, I know it says we cannot bring a child to workout but to sit in the seated area I thought would be different as I had seen differently recently. Asked for phone number to headquarters, said he didn’t know it, then preceded to tell me the regional manager is who I needed to contact. I let him know that in our contract it also states the gym is to be kept clean and in optimal working order. That for several months this place has been consistently dirty, and had had machines down. Get a membership somewhere else not worth the headache.

EDIT: my honeymoon phase for this place has worn off - I’m jaded by the fact that it’s not truly 24 hours.

I can’t tell you how many lonely Saturday nights I’ve thought of visiting the gym as an outlet to the endless exhale frustration that is my bachelor days - only to have that hope crushed by the fact that they close at 7pm on the weekend!

7pm on the weekend! That’s earlier than the grocery (which is inevitable where I go to get my Saturday night thrills).

That is why I’m begging management to be a true 24 hours and end this insanity that is closing at 7pm on Sunday and opening up at midnight on a Monday.

Update- 6/9/22

After coming here for about a month, I see some things here that can hopefully change. I typically work out in the mornings on the weekends, and typically the gym is only used by middle aged guys that amber alert stare at people, and have odd routines of using multiple machines, sometimes even clear across the gym, and expect no one else to use them.

Employees can be hit or miss. I know the guy who signed me up (I think he was a manager and a personal trainer there) is awesome, and a younger guy/kid who wears a hat, both always seems to have genuine positive expressions. They're always nice to exchange greetings with, the rest seem to put just enough effort in to stay employed. I'll keep working out here since it's convenient while I'm on this side of town. However when I move to the other side to be closer to work, I'll probably just switch gyms. It's still a nice enough gym to work out in, but not enough to go out of my way for.

Whoever the young lady w the dark braid is working there today, Tuesday early, BY HERSELF- This girl is old-school fastidious, incredible never sat still keeping the club immaculate.
I travel all over the world and USA, and this girl is BY FAR the best employee of PF I've ever seen.
Give her her own planet fitness to manage or she's going to be scooped up by a better company.
I'd like to hire her myself for my businesses in California. Amazing young lady. Don't make em like her anymore.

Staff is very helpful, the gym is clean, and the Hydromassage beds are amazing.

Staff is friendly. Plenty of lockers, showers
and hair dryers available. Cable..including
CNN to watch on almost EVERY kind of work out equipment. For a slightly higher price you can get tanning/massage chairs and beds.

Planet fitness is great 24/7 gym but lacks accessibility to clients profile if you’re accessing it in different province from your home branch.

I love planet fitness, great place to work out and the price is unbeatable for what they offer. However I am giving this specific one(Casper Wyoming) 1 star because of a certain employee. While washing my hands I couldn't help but notice he used the urinal to use the restroom and then just left. No washing hands or anything. He is on the heavier side and curly hair. I'm not even a germaphobe yet this was still gross. I'll give this place 5 stars once it gets fixed. He immediately went to the front counter and touching it.
