Turn down the goddamn music in the locker rooms, it's deafening and annoying! Tried to make a phone call and couldn't even hear my own voice!
Also show some education to customers paying money: kids working at the front desk don't even greats clients walking in, they just ignore you and keep chatting between them.

Reply to the business answer: there's nothing to discuss about, just turn down the music in the locker rooms to tolerable levels and have your employees great clients and stop chatting between them ignoring the clients when they walk in, it's that simple.

As an OTR truck driver this is one of my favorite places to stop and get a workout. Locals are cool, team members cordial. Albertsons is next door to knock out groceries!! Can’t get better.

Massage chairs are old and not doing it evenly. Left side sticking out more and you sit in it in a crooked position. 50% of the time I stop by there they happen to be out of service. i m a trucker i stopped this location last night so i can hit gym i the mornings i went into the gym around 3 the guy with tattoos on his neck at reception his behavior was so roud he asked me about the truck truck and said u cant park there i said ok i ll move i went to bathroom
when i cam back he was i need ur info my manager asked it for i said for what i m moving my truck he has zero respect for truckers he disrespected me and and laghed said where u guys learn trucking from i just kepd quit and left i didnt want any trouble. but that behavior was so disgusting all other location peple r so good and talk nicely it was my firts visit at this location was so disappointing

Working as a truck driver, having driven around over 100 halls across America, I can confidently say that this is one of the most spacious and cleanest halls. The only thing to keep an eye on is the cleanliness of the showers, so 4 out of 5 stars. There is a large parking lot for tractors

I'm giving Planet Fitness five stars. The staff is super friendly and also very super helpful. The locker rooms are always clean, plus the lockers have good enough space to put your gym bag and personal belongings in. You can bring your own lock to use for whichever locker you use, but if you don't have a lock and you want to keep your stuff locked up while you're working out, you can purchase one at Planet Fitness. The prices for the memberships are very reasonable. They even accept people who have the United Health Advantage Plan. They sell gym bags, hats, shirts, water bottles, locks, and headphones. They also have some protein snacks and drinks you can buy. They have a good selection of equipment you can work out with. The workout equipment is always clean, plus some of the equipment has instructions and also has a scan code to open the app and shows you how to use some of the equipment. I love how Planet Fitness is a no judgment place. You feel comfortable and not get judged or made fun of for how much you weigh, how you look, and how you do your workout routine. At Planet Fitness, you feel more secure than ever. The Black Card Room is nice with a spa and massage chair. You can even recommend a friend or family to go. If you ever want to go to a gym and work out and not be judged and feel safe, then Planet Fitness is the place to go.

I have been to lots of gyms and PF in rock springs WY is one of the best. Between the awesome staff and cleanliness of the gym it's an easy 5 star. The manager Kelly is always very helpful and works hard to make her members happy. Their personal trainer Mel is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and makes the introduction to fitness and exercise exciting and comfortable. All the staff are always on the floor cleaning and putting equipment back were it belongs..hands down best gym in town.

I've been to PF's all around the country. From South Carolina to Oregon where I recently moved from in July and this PF has ThEE most down to earth, friendly, helpful & genuinely caring staff that I've ever met!
I have to definitely shout out to Jesus who is absolutely one of the sweetest people I've met in my entire 36 years.
Ms.Deanna is personable and always willing to lend an ear.

I’ve been exercising at the Rock Springs Planet Fitness for several years now. Over the past few months I have found the staff very friendly and accommodating. They are always there to greet you as you enter, smiling. As a person goes through their exercise routine staff is regularly in the gym cleaning and disinfecting areas. The restrooms are so much cleaner as of late as well. It’s been a nice change in this gym and it’s a great place to exercise.

Staff was very helpful in getting me oriented. This is the first franchise gym I've ever belonged to. I'd describe it as a DIY self-improvement workout center. Extremely affordable, and by far the most inexpensive gym I've ever belonged to. It's got some awesome equipment, but no free weights. No bar to hang from, no squat rack. Although they do have Smith machines, not quite the same to a guy who believes in squats, and deadlifts as part of mandatory. Extremely clean and well thought of for health and safety. On a scale of 1-5 I'd give give it a 4. Thanks PF!
