Incredible gym. Awesome staff and equipment, and a fantastic yoga studio and instructors! I fiercely recommend this gym to anyone in Sheridan seeking professional-level classes and a space friendly to all levels of experience.

Came into the gym later than usual today and finally saw why it’s always so clean—Caryn was deep cleaning the floors herself. It’s one thing to have a clean gym, but it’s another to see the owner actually putting in the work, by hand, with a smile on her face. Honestly, after today, I feel better about every push-up that puts my face near that floor. Big thanks to Caryn for going above and beyond and making this place feel so taken care of.

A great gym! Various equipment that allows for strength training, functional training and various ways to make cardio fun! They also offer one on one instruction as well as group classes. A very welcoming and not intimidating environment whether you’re an experienced lifter or newbie.

We stayed over the night here on a Harvest Host stay and it was one of our favourite stays of the trip. The gym was absolutely spotless. With 24hour access we were able to have a hot shower later at night and then get up early the next morning for a workout. They have absolutely every piece of equipment you would need. Well done!

This place has got me hooked on going the gym again. There are no obstacles with this place, I use my keycard I’m in, immediately stretching and hitting the weights. They have a huge roster of talented trainers and teachers of different classes every month. I can’t tell you how huge it is to have access a friendly gym with great staff and just great people to exercise around.

Unfriendly. Unprofessional. Condescending.

I went to this gym to purchase a membership and was treated like garbage the second I walked into the building. Apparently asking for info on services and pricing information is completely unacceptable.

The lady at the desk was rude and unhelpful, shooting dirty looks and clearly not wanting to help on any level at all.

this sort of thing ruins newbies confidence....thankful Im not a newbie so some other gym will get my money.

Place is awesome I was on probation for awhile of last year and my po talked to the owner and got me a year membership it was awesome getting to go late at night with its 24/7 opening its amazingly clean and they have a lot of great equipment best part is they have a water bag and a heavy bag would definitely go again

My buddy and I were in town ( just to state we’re truck drivers) we stopped and we were received by a nice female who make us feel like home if we’re in town again will definitely go to Pure energy no doubt.
Strongly recommend they have clean showers and free towel, the place is clean as well

Amazing service. I am from out of town and was in Sheridan on a business trip. I needed a spin bike for my training schedule. I called PURENERGY and Caryn did everything she could to ensure I got my training ride in. She took my day pass payment over the phone and pinned my key to the cork board so I could grab it the next morning. The facility was amazing, clean, and well taken care of. Thanks so much!

This is the cleanest and friendliest gym I've ever been to. Caryn and Nolan always greet me when I'm there and the classes/equipment are top shelf.

We stopped by PureEnergy to workout for a week while visiting the area. This gym is GREAT! They have excellent equipment & a variety of classes to choose from. The members are all so friendly. We really appreciate the super clean gym plus included towel service. If we are ever back in town, we’ll stop by again. Thanks for a great experience.

I have been going to this gym almost 2 years. I have experienced great results. I'm not the type that likes working out on my own. By going to the classes offered by their skilled and motivational instructors, I have been able to keep consistent. I am able to work out 5-6 days a week which has enabled me to lose 20 lbs of padding and build strength. I feel 10 years younger, most of the back pain that I used to experience is gone.
