The Run True course is excellent. I did the 6 week course last year and I can honestly say it's made a huge difference (for the better) to my running. Not only do you learn about correct running form to avoid injuries but also the importance of mobility and strength which underpins running. The small classes are perfect for practising exercises with other runners. I'd highly recommend the course to runners of all abilities.

Last year I replaced a lifelong stretching routine with the balance, strength and mobility exercises practiced at run true.
Since then I've been able to run far more efficiently and with significantly less of the usual niggles that come with distance running.
For most of my earlier running life I was constantly battling the same injuries or being put out of the game altogether, sometimes for even years on end.
Being competitive and determined often meant I would carry on running through these injuries, thinking they would magically disappear and that they were part and parcel of the sport.
I've been able to wave goodbye to all that through the routines I've learned during the run true workshops.
I would highly recommend this to any runner who finds themselves hitting the injury wall regularly.

Highly recommended course for any level of runner to take. Having suffered from reoccurring running injuries for years, I now feel confident that I will not repeat the mistakes that lead to injury. Nigel has such a wealth of knowledge and experience, I feel lucky to have had the chance to share 6 weeks of learning, strength and balance that I will continue to develop using the online course material. This course is a must in my eyes. Don’t hesitate to sign up. You wont have any regrets, only lots of running gains. The support provided by Nigel on the Runners Movement course was professional, helpful and delivered with clarity. A great 6 week course that I would recommend for all runners, whether just starting out or experienced, fast or slow, beset by injuries or not. Nigel explains and teaches exercises to build strength and good movement, everyone would benefit from this and would give themselves a much better chance of running well and avoiding some of the more common running injuries.

A brilliant course for any ability runner, from those just starting out to ultra-marathoner. Has massively increased my strength and coordination and improved my balance & mobility (which has been great as I have a mostly desk job so this was lacking!)

I fully recommend the Run True course. I retired last year and had been struggling to maintain the running I enjoyed when younger. The course has enabled me to improve my running style, made me more energetic and efficient and the exercises have given me a toolbox to ensure continued improvement and injury prevention.
