I had such a great experience at the swimming pool! The water was clean and fresh, and the pool itself was very nice and well-maintained. I really enjoyed my time there. At the reception, the two ladies were so friendly and welcomingβit made the visit even better. Thank you so much!

New refund policy for summer camps is disheartening. You have to sign your kids up in early April in order to make sure you have a spot, but then you cant even transfer camp registration from one week to the next without the Y taking half. This doesn't even allow for any flexibility to iron out family vacation plans, or in my case outdoor school for SSD1 got moved up a week. And now I am out 100 bucks. Really frustrating given the amount of money already spent here. I can understand if the cancellation was the week of, but we are two months away with a waiting list for her spot...Poor customer service and a waste of money, camps are already expensive enough.

Having been here for over 1/2 a year this has to be one of the best YMCAs in the West. Having been to Ys' in New Mexico, Montana, and both the Dakotas I can confidently say this YMCA trumps all of them. The amendies, brand new equipment, variety of programs and good opening hours are all the best. Highly recommend to anyone in their fitness journey.

The older women at the front desk and the parents who bring their children to playland with zero intentions of parenting their children ruin this place for us! Every single time i bring my son here to play he is constantly ran over by older children who run rampid through not only the playland but the entire facility. Every single parent who brings their children here let them go and immediately burry their head into their phones not paying one bit of attention to what their children are doing. And when you bring to the attention of the staff (elder ladies at rhe front desk) they claim it isnt "their problem and they cant do anything about it" when there is in fact plenty to be done about it! Revoke memberships!!!! Stop giving people privilages to this place when they dont know how to behave and ruin it for everyone else. And dont get me started on how filthy this play place is. The 2nd tier near the slides has smelled loked urine since the second week this place was opened and it obviosuly has NEVER been cleaned bc it STILL to this days smells like human waste in that area. Today while we were there, there were even children climbing on the top outer netting of the playland trying to climb onto the walking track on the second story. And this is what the old lady at the front desk claims is NOT HER PROBLEM AND SHE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I BET WHEN SOMEONE FALLS OFF AND BREAKS THEIR NECK OR DIES, YOU START DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR FROM STAFF AND MEMBERS.

I got kicked out of the weight room for Waring hey dude shoes, They said itβs because of there policy but I literally cannot afford new shoes, I understand if thatβs going against there rules, but Iβm literally paying them an arm and a leg just to workout there, also most of the staff are very rude and invasive, weight room is very nice but I would rather visit the body shop than waist my time paying for a membership just to not be allowed to use it. Also vans and hey dudes are probably safer to workout in than any Nike airmax shoes as they do have more support, I will be revoking my membership today, Iβm not paying them to kick people out of a gym

I had someone take my bag and put it in their locker. 15 Minutes before we left the pool, my sister and I had gone into the locker room and saw that all of our stuff was in the locker. Like I mentioned β 15 min later when we went to leave β my bag was gone. It had car keys and other expensive/important things inside. I had looked in all of the other lockers and just assumed it was gone. Because the staff kept looking they were able to find it in someone elseβs locker. Iβm not sure why I didnβt find it when I was looking, but if the staff hadnβt kept working at it we wouldβve left without everything in that bag. This meant a lot. Thank you. Unfortunately I donβt know the staff members names, but this occurred 7-7:30 pm on July 19th 2022 during open swim. The two workers at the front desk were the ones who helped. They did everything they could even when we thought the bag was gone.

Unlike some YMCAs in the state, this one has a fantastic pool with something for the whole family. The staff here is also great and friendly, and you can tell that they care about their facility. This is a wonderful place to spend time to escape the heat or to escape the snow anytime of year.

So I absolutely love the YMCA pool area and play place. Unfortunately, I donβt like the daycare staff and their lack of involvement with the kids. We took our daughter to play there this morning 9/28/21 and the daycare was in the play area too. I couldnβt help but notice that out of 4 staff only one was in watching the kids. There was a blonde girl on her phone the whole time, and when a little girl got her blanket stepped on by a boy. and fell and , got hurt, no staff came to her aide. One just walked right by. A little boy came over and screamed in her face while she was crying and nothing was done about it. The crying child wasnβt even comforted. The just pushed her to where she needed to be in line. And headed off to the library. Iβm grateful my child isnβt in the ymca daycare. And Iβm Very disappointed in what I just witnessed. I wanted to give that poor little girl a hug and comfort her myself.

I have been exercising at the Y for some time now. It is very well taken care of. The selection of classes is more than expected in my case. I really enjoy yoga and strengthening classes. They have a various forms of activities for all ages. Most come free with membership.
