This gym is fantastic! My boyfriend and I love coming here for the old school atmosphere, tons of equipment, and it’s never crowded. Everyone is so nice and respectful and the owner is awesome. Couldn’t have been happier to find Upgrades!

Nothing bad to say here! I’ve been going to Updates for a few months now & have no complaints. They have more than enough variety of equipment to train for whatever you want whether that’s just as a beginner, bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc.
When I 1st started going to upgrades I talked with the owner about there not being an assisted dip/pull up machine & within a week or 2 he got one!
I never have to wait for any equipment like I’ve had to at other local gyms making it much easier to get what I need done & focus on my lifts without worrying that someone is waiting.

In town for work and the owner was nice enough run out on a Sunday and set me up with a door fob. Great gym and good equipment. Has the right kind of environment if you are more into old school gyms.

Awesome old school atmosphere. Good price and phenomenal membership policy (no fees, no contract period, easy cancelation, etc). Lacks a few machines that you may be used to, but more than makes up for it.

Upgrades is an excellent gym. You would think that in a town like Cheyenne, there would be an awesome, privately owned hardcore gym - and there wasn't until Upgrades opened. It's exactly what the town needed. Now I'm not forced to go to Planet Fitness or Golds. Upgrades is easy to get to, easy to access, and I never have to wait for equipment. There's plenty of space and plenty of weight! Upgrades is awesome!
