We absolutely love Progression Gymnastics in Windsor! My two daughters look forward to every class it’s truly their favorite part of the week. The coaches are amazing, patient, positive, and so encouraging with every child. You can tell they really care about helping the kids grow in skill and confidence while still having fun. We LOVE Miss Elise! My daughter signed up last year because she wanted to do gymnastics so bad and I found Progression with a quick search online and got her in right away with no issue. My daughter is a competitive dancer and takes an acro class through dance, but she was still unable to do a cartwheel or splits etc. she got her cartwheels down so fast and has been working hard all all other stunts.
She truly enjoys going to class and says nothing but great things on the way home.

Our son has been going to Progression Gymnastics for a few years and he absolutely loves it! The classes are weekly which works well for our family. It is age and level appropriate. We always look forward to going to gymnastics weekly. There are also great opportunities for various other activities on Friday nights (preregistration required) and summer camp options.

A one woman show, Elise does a great job with the kids. Unlike other gymnastics centers, the kids are practicing skills for the duration by rotating through a circuit, there is no waiting in line. Moves are altered based on the level of each student and progress and strength building happens quickly. This is for kids that truly enjoy gymnastics and want to improve, not for social hour. The other children were all kind as well.

My 2 and 3.5 year both started taking classes. Elise is the most patient coach, especially with my two year old. Love the class area because it’s not too big and overwhelming for my girls. We will definitely continue classes at this studio.

We found Progression Gymnastics recently and have been so glad we did! Elise is very attentive to her class and each kid gets small instruction on a variety of skills. Progression Gymnastics has been a wonderful addition to both of my kids life. Coach Elise takes her understanding of children’s developmental stages and integrates an appropriate level of instruction to each of my kids gymnastics capabilities. This has helped them progress in their body awareness and gymnastics skills. My kids love going to the park to work with Coach, and they value so much from the one on one instruction. I have seen a tremendous amount of growth in my three and five year old’s fine motor skills, attentiveness, and ability to follow complex directions since working with Elise this year. Coach does a great job communicating with not only my kids, but with me and my husband! We appreciate all of the work and time she dedicates to our family.

My daughter has received lessons from Progression Gymnastics for over 5 years. I continue to be impressed with how in-tune Elise is to her students. She is able to assess where my daughter’s strengths are and uses her strengths to push her to master new skills. Elise is so patient and encouraging. She starts wherever students are at with their skills and is able to break down tricks into smaller steps so that students have the confidence to achieve harder gymnastics tricks. Elise is by far the BEST gymnastics teacher I have ever seen! My daughter has grown so much more confident in her skills while working with Elise!

Elise is an amazing teacher. My 8 year old daughter has made massive improvements to her skills and loves the private lessons that are offered. Elise is super respectful of our time and schedules and really makes things easy for us. Extremely affordable rates as well and offers zoom classes when she can’t travel to us. We were so lucky to find Progression Gymnastics. My girls have done group classes at the gym, and private lessons. The instructors for group classes were great. Very patient and attentive with young students. While the classes were great, my children have really thrived during private lessons with Elise. My children love her, as do I! She is so patient with my wild child. Both of my childrens skills have grown tremendously, and its thanks to teacher Elise.

I bring my niece here for private lessons with Ms.Elise. She is very attentive to her clients capabilities and works really hard to make each lesson fun and impactful. Wonderful teachers. Great program for little ones and super affordable. They go above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable and they love it. They have so much fun and they are always adding new things or changing it up between classes so the kids never got bored of the same routine.
