It's easy to be motivated for your fitness goals at Remedy. Matt and his team provide personalized workouts, tailored to your needs and capabilities, along with the education and motivation to do them. They've cultivated a supportive and inclusive environment for all fitness levels and fostered a gym community that makes it fun along the way. I've been a member at Remedy for about 7 months now, and I can't imagine going back to any other gym. Remedy has helped me take the next step in my fitness journey, and if you're interested in doing the same, I can't recommend them enough.

Great workouts customized to my needs/abilities (shoulder and hand injuries) and goals! Very friendly team and other member are so welcoming. All experience levels and ages are there. The team is always working to strive to meet your goals while continuing to challenge you! Highly recommend! I do semi private classes (up to 6 in a session), which is great! Highly knowledgeable team of trainers.

Remedy Pain and Performance is not like any other gym. You notice it is different as soon as you walk through the door. There are not rows and rows of exercise bikes, treadmills, and elliptical machines, with people watching screens. Instead, you will see a small group of people, all ages, working hard and supporting each other. When I walked into Remedy, I was not intimidated by others and instantly felt like I belonged there.
Matt and his team of trainers, take the time to get to know you and understand what your goals are. They work with you to develop a program of exercises for you, whether you are recovering from an injury, or need to improve balance, strength, or build endurance. The workouts are fun and varied and change every six to eight weeks, so you don’t get bored. Everyone’s program is different. They target all the muscle groups in a variety of ways. Throughout the sessions, they watch to be sure you are doing the exercises correctly and encourage you to increase weights if they see things are too easy for you. They truly care about helping you get stronger.
Matt also posts videos with information such as: Are you using the right weight for your workouts, Instant Strength Gains, Is Measuring Your Food Worth the Effort, A simple and cheap way to curb your appetite, or Which Carbs are Best. These videos are short and filled with information that may help you improve your health and wellness.
Matt offered a fun 8 week “Get ready for summer challenge”. There were weekly challenges with food, exercise, and the opportunity to go on rucking hikes with the group.
I have joined many different gyms, but never felt as supported as I have at Remedy Pain and Performance. I truly feel Matt and his team care about helping me stay strong and pain free. I look forward to going to the gym and always leave with a smile and feeling energized.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Matt and the amazing trainers at this gym for the last 3+ years, and they’ve been absolutely instrumental in my fitness journey. I’ve been with Matt for over 12 years. He is beyond knowledgeable in regard to workout construction, but also in modifying the workout based on client needs. Many of us have issues with pain/injury to an area, and we all get what we need. I have had two injuries in the last couple of years (not related to working out with Matt), and I worked out through both of them due to Matt’s willingness to adjust my workouts. I didn’t skip a beat.

Matt, Katie and Dempsey have created a warm, inviting atmosphere at the gym, and we truly all belong to a gym family.

Matt is an incredible trainer whose ability to motivate you is second to none. He has taught me despite having some of the challenges of an average 66 year old to improve my strength, my balance and my endurance. The atmosphere is totally comfortable, no fear of competing with gym rats or how you look. His knowledge of how our bodies work is truly amazing. After rotator cuff surgery I couldn’t lift a cup of coffee. A year later I’m deadlifting 325 pounds. He works around your challenges because he takes the time to know you and your body. In four years, I have left his sessions always feeling better than we I walked in. At 66, I feel better than when I was 36. Physically, mentally and emotionally, I have never felt better. And I owe it to Matt. I look at the cost as the most important investment I have ever made - my health. I can only give my experience with Matt the highest recommendation.

Myself, my two boys, and my wife have been training with Matt for over two years. I would highly recommend Remedy to others.

Through a referral, my two teenage boys started training with Matt. They are both athletes. Matt customized their training plan to meet their goals. They both have gotten stronger and faster. Matt has helped them rehab through various injuries. My boys enjoy the workouts.

I started training with Matt shortly after the boys. After having several back issues, my goal with Matt was to strengthen my core. His customized training plans have been great. I haven't had any back issues in over 1.5 years. I am leaner in the core and noticeably stronger. I like how during the workouts he is watching and commenting on form. I have worked out with other trainers who show you the exercise and let you lift with bad form. Matt is great with that.

My wife started going about 12 months ago. She really appreciated the specialized training and the cleanliness of the gym.

My husband & I started going here about a year before our wedding. We can’t say enough great things about this facility and the results since training here.
