I love Blue Ash Fit Body Boot Camp! The coaches are great and everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I have been working out since October and I have not done a duplicate workout. I love the variety of exercises and the workouts are 30 minutes. It's the best 30 minutes of my day!

I ran across this gym on my Facebook and had been searching for a place like i had some years back where I would fit in and be supported. From day one walking in these doors, EVERYONE from staff to the clients has been nothing but AMAZING!! Never have I felt judged. I have received so much encouragement and support on my journey. The trainers are quick to modify where needed and truly care about you. I just finished week 6 of being with them and am down now 25lbs already. I'm beyond grateful for this community! If you're looking for support, community, and encouragement from people who will not judge you, this is this place for you. Thank you to every trainer for all you do. Going somewhere with "Bootcamp" in the name can be intimidating as someone who wouldn't consider themselves a fitness pro, but the entire team here makes sure that everyone feels welcome and is working at a level their body can handle! Dr. Mesh and Coach Greg have done a great job building an environment where everyone is inviting, encouraging, and pushes you to be the best version of you each workout! My days definitely feel different after a session with my Blue Ash Fit Body Fam!!

I hadn't been inside a gym (nor worked out at home) in more than 15 years. The first time I came in here, the coaches helped me modify every movement to something I could do that would still challenge me. Every day, the coaches and other members encourage each other, every win (no matter how small) is celebrated together, and even new people are welcomed in with open arms and open minds. This is truly the "no judgement zone" - and it's so much more. They encourage a family mentality and it really permeates every interaction!

When I first joined Fit Body Boot Camp, I was a little nervous since I had never done a boot camp before. Normally, I’d just go to the gym and spend 30 minutes on the equipment. But at Fit Body, I immediately felt more at ease, like I belonged there. The coaches are incredibly friendly and encouraging from start to finish, making the experience really enjoyable. I would just like to say my experience turned out to be nothing that I anticipated. Which was a good thing. I was worried about the focus just being on ME! and the coach targeting ME! .The coaches were attentive and encouraging without me feeling bullied. When I left, I felt like I had been at an exercise party. Today I I feel like I exercised 🙄which lets me know it’s working. Thank you, Blue Ash, Fit Body bootcamp team💪🏾

I had an amazing experience at the Body Boot Camp in Blue Ash! The owners, Dr. Mesh and Coach Greg, are incredibly involved and make you feel right at home. The facility is clean, the energy is fantastic, and the music keeps you pumped throughout the workout. There’s a coach for everyone’s style, so you’ll definitely find someone you connect with. As a mom of two, I really appreciated the safe and fun kid-friendly space. My daughter had a blast, and so did I! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get fit and have a great time!

I was afraid of joining a boot camp because I didn’t think I would be able to do the exercises required. I gave it a try and I’m so glad I did. Wherever you feel like you can’t do the exercise the coaches modify it for you. The coaches are very involved and friendly.
