The only thing that’s been convenient about this place is the fact it’s 24 hours. I called months ago leaving a voicemail regarding I couldn’t find my pass and wanted a new one. Weeks went by and I received no phone call, luckily I found my pass.

Fast forward to now… my debit card was hacked so I had to get a new one and have been meaning to reach out to give my new info for payments. Went to the gym and my pass wouldn’t work clearly thinking it’s because of my old card.

Literally no one is ever there and the phone numbers posted outside of the gym, Facebook page AND website don’t work. Also messaged them on Facebook and they read my message and never replied lol.

Good luck trying to get a hold of them I’m taking this as a sign to find a new gym.

Absolutely terrible ownership and management.

This location has completely gone downhill since ownership has changed, and it's clear they do not care about their customers.

Good luck getting a hold of someone during staffed hours. Half of the time nobody shows up, and it is noticeable. Trash cans overflowing, floors and bathrooms are disgusting, no paper towels and empty cleaning solution so nobody is wiping down machines...2 of the 5 treadmills do not work. One of them has been broken for months with a note that claims they are "waiting on parts".

God forbid you have an issue with your account. My entry card has not been working and they continue to bill me. After reaching out multiple times I was told the issue will be resolved. I sent over 5 emails last week and contacted the location through their website and still have yet to receive a response. Absolute joke.

The kicker is that out of all of the surrounding Snap Fitness locations, this place actually raised their monthly fee by $10!

My workout experiences have spanned many years at many different gyms. SNAP Fitness in Streetsboro is a comprehensive, 24-hour gym that is clean and well organized with the equipment that is well maintained and consistently updated. The variety of free weights, cardio machines, and ergonomically well designed resistance weight apparatus, allow a wide range of exercise styles and age groups. When you add this to a friendly atmosphere, available trainers, and exercise classes you get a gym that’s really hard to beat!

My favorite Snap! I've lifted at quite a few Snap locations in Ohio and this one is always the cleanest and most well kept. Between a rack for bench/squats, dumbbells of every weight you can imagine, and an abundant supply of machines, it has absolutely everything that I look for in a gym. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. Easiest 5 stars I could give, be sure to check them out!

Very clean facility. Plenty of easy-to-use machines. Great clientele and employees-- everyone is friendly and outgoing and you'll know a number of people quickly. Music on loud speakers varies so get to hear different genres and the volume is low enough you don't have to blow your ear drums with headphones to drowned out the sound. Love the TVs and the unbeatable access to remote controllers-- total deal breaker. I changed the channel every time I went to the gym and no one cared. If I ever live in the area again I'd join this gym right away.
