We had my son’s 7th birthday this afternoon and had the best time! From the moment we showed up, our party hosts, Coach Lane & Coach Hezekiah, immediately offered to help me unload the car and bring in our party stuff. They made us feel so welcomed! We happened to encounter a tornado warning while there and they were so prepared, calm, collected, and stayed up to date with all the weather info and relayed it to me. The kids all felt comfortable and actually enjoyed the little detour in plans (they had no idea and just sheltered in a safe space). Once the warning was lifted the party officially began and I cannot praise the coaches enough! They had such fun, organized activities for our kids ages 8-3. They were so patient and kind and engaged with each kid making them all feel included and supported! It was the perfect fit for our crew. They even stayed late to make up for our time that we were taking tornado precautions. They helped clean up and load up my car, never rushed us, and just so very kind. I felt totally at ease and stress free the whole time. 10 out of 10 recommend! We will definitely be back! Thanks Fortified Fitness for a wonderful birthday celebration for our boy!

Our son has special needs and has been in private lessons for a few months now......Coach Benjamin and Coach Hezekiah are absolutely amazing coaches and young men! They have both gone above and beyond to encourage and accommodate Noah!! They truly want Noah to succeed and meet him at his level, lifting him up every step of the way! We went for the open gym with 4 kids 11-14. They loved it. Staff was friendly, there was plenty of room, and the obstacles were a good skill level for kids and adults. We drove an hour to get there and it was worth it.

This is an amazing place! We have been attending the ninja classes several days a week since June and have had such a wonderful experience. It is such a positive, family friendly community of people. The very talented ninja coaches are amazing with the kids and it is always a positive experience. Wonderful for growth of social skills and physical development. We attend the daytime classes for homeschoolers and love the community we have found! I can’t recommend Fortified Fitness enough!

I watched my nieces performance here, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, being an uncle to 3 I've been to many performances.. Would love to see this turn into a little theater that performs plays mixed with their gymnastics talents 😉.
It was my observation that, "performance theater" could incorporate all the different skill levels and display them in an entertaining way.
(This is owed in part, to the girl that ran around with the sword, you sold me, I thought you really wanted to hit the other girl, even though I knew you were acting. You were excellent and very talented, continue with that momentum. 👏🏻 👏🏻)

It's a Ninja Warrior style gym! The staff are helpful and the equipment is very well put together and gives you lots of options to play on. They have several size warped walls for different ages and lots of play areas for kids. They also do classes for Ninja, Arial silks, and regular workout boot camp style classes for adults. Great place!

Love this place! I decided to try something well
out of my comfort zone and took a silks class. It was amazing and exhilarating and I’ve never been so sore in my life! But I’ve gone back twice now and I love it! The instructors are so nice. Callan is so patient and super sweet. I’ve felt zero judgement there. Which is hard to say for most gym experiences. I 10/10 recommend!

Just dropped in for open gym while I was in town to visit family. Staff were polite, facility was clean and well organized, great variety of ninja obstacles. They also had silks down for people who are taking silks class to train on. If I lived in town I would definitely consider training here.

We had the BEST time!!! We were greeted by the most welcoming staff. They all took such special care to walk us through the obstacles and help the kids. We all initially thought an hour and a half party might be too short but when we got there we quickly realized that it was just enough time. It wore our crew out and that is a difficult feat! I have been a member at this gym for 2 months now! The other members and the coaches/trainers are super nice and very helpful in any way they are able to, from tips, strategies, nutrition, and new exercises. There are many obstacles set up to help you with grip, balance, endurance, and will challenge you to try as hard as you can and put the work in to successfully succeed! If you are looking for a change and a way to gain some quality of life as well! Since becoming a member I have successfully stopped smoking cigarettes and strive to become more healthy and fit! So if anything sounds interesting then please come and check this gym out!

My son loves everything American Ninja Warrior. I was so glad to find this place. We signed up for the Fall Break camp. It was 3 days for an hour and half. He LOVED it. The instructors were so nice and helped them on the obstacles. They learned more than just ninja stuff. They taught them words to live by. Hearing from others that come here we are lucky to have a place like this in the middle Tennessee area. We will definitely be coming here again.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! The staff here is AMAZING!!!My 7 year old son attends Ninja Warrior class. He has ADHD and finds it very hard to focus, he gets lost easily and asks a lot of questions. He also broke his his arm this past year and went from climbing monkey bars to being scared of them. Coach Michael not only has he been super patient with him but I see that he makes sure that each kid gets value out of each class he teaches even when he is dealing with different talent levels in one class. The facility is very clean. Everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

My young kids have so much fun here (they take classes) that I went ahead and signed up for a membership at The Ascent climbing gym just so I could hang out with them during FW’s “open gym” hours. We went as a family for the first time last night and I enjoyed myself WAY more than I expected to. Zach and Shawn (two of the instructors) were super cool and took the time to show this old dog some new tricks.
Very pleasant environment, and built to turn the difficulty level up (or in my case, down) as much as you’d probably want.

Overall the experience was good, the kids had fun. However for the price, it's not well worth it. The online pictures make it look larger than it really is. In addition, there is an extra charge for waters. Granted it was a birthday party, and you typically bring your own drinks, at the rates that are being charged, I think it's fair to provide a water per participant.

We celebrated my 2 son's birthdays this weekend at Fortified Warrior. To say everything was awesome would be an understatement. Wayne was very helpful and friendly from the first contact until we left Saturday night. He is professional & kind. The staff working the event for the party were all wonderful as well. Several of my son's friends said "THAT WAS THE BEST PARTY EVER!!" I highly recommend giving them a call with any questions. I look forward into checking out their other programs for children.

My kids are addicted to this place! It is a great place for all ages. It is definitely not just for kids, and the family rates are a great deal! There is a great variety of obstacles, and they change regularly. So, you could never get tired of the same thing. Also, for the American Ninja Warrior fans, this is as close as you can get to the real thing!!! CHECK IT OUT!!!
