Fitness Freedom is a great gym! Love how their membership signup is, super easy and good for the commitment-phobes. The gym is small, but in no way is that a con for me. There's always plenty of space and private rooms as well. Love the sauna and light therapy and private bathrooms. Always clean!

Owners are always there in the AM and they always greet me by name. I've only been going a short while, but I would highly recommend to anyone!

This is a great facility. We came to Eau Claire on vacation and I was looking for a place that had the same machine that I use at home (Concept2 rower). I found Fitness Freedom by searching Google Maps and their online photos showed me just what I wanted. The owners greeted me when I first came in and were very helpful getting me set up with their app and 24/7 access. They offer a low monthly rate with no contract and discounts for students and military/veterans. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and has all the equipment and services you’d expect. My only disappointment was that we had to cut our trip short and I didn’t get to spent more time here getting to know their great staff and enjoying Eau Claire.

Bought a visitor pass while in Eau Claire on a business trip. I’m always looking for a welcoming space to go outside of my hotel and work while on the road and this place was awesome. Clean, nice equipment, friendly, and a great sauna. Looking forward to coming back on my next trip

Great place. I love the 24/7 access. There are multiple bathrooms and showers and a couple saunas in the back. The turf room is wonderful. honestly, the worst thing is the parking. I have definitely skipped the gym and done a homework out just because there is nowhere to park for blocks down road.

A great gym, I love that there is no contracts and it’s very affordable. During the busier times, it can be hard to get on the treadmills but for the price and convenience you can’t beat it. I love the infrared saunas, individual shower rooms and it’s always CLEAN which is hard to find on a gym. Love that it’s 24 hours and that there is an open space for more individualized workouts beyond cardio and machine weight training.

Best gym in EC! Super clean, constantly adding new equipment to their already well equipped gym, and the music is fire! They just added saunas as well as a self service checkout for merch, snacks, and drinks. Super friendly environment - 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

Coming from someone who has tried every gym in Eau Claire, this one is the best. The equipment is newer and nice. It’s smaller, but they have literally everything you need. It’s reasonably priced, and they have a lot of extra stuff other gyms around here don’t have. They have free towels to use, nice showers, and they just got saunas. I originally started at this gym to have an additional membership on-top of an Eau Claire Fitness membership, so I could go later at night, and on holidays, but them getting saunas now has gotten me to cancel my other gym membership (I’ve been going to that gym for 14 years). Honestly can’t say enough great things about this gym.

A gym with everything you need.
I have nothing negative to say about the place. They have all the equipment you need to workout or cardio, they have a large room in the back for more free flowing exercises, they have private rooms if you want to stretch or do any mobility exercise, plenty of cleaning bottles with rags that everyone appears to use, and access to the place is as simple as tapping your fob against the door to enter.
Pricing is very good too. Very competitive and affordable for anyone. I usually go at 6am and have found that there are not very many people and there appears to be plenty of parking along the street. I can't speak on other times though.
Please don't hesitate in choosing this gym, you won't regret it.

Amazing training facility in beautiful downtown Eau Claire!! Wide variety of free weights, several full size racks, assortment of plate-loaded machines, cardio equipment, and even artificial turf!! Great lighting, super clean bathrooms (including several private showers!) Tire-flip, battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more!! The owners are the best people you'll ever meet and their rates are incredibly competitive! Go check this place out!! 🙌💯🇺🇸

If you’ve been on the fence about a good training program look no further!! Courtney is an incredible trainer!! I did a 4-month training with her back in the summer and it was everything I could've asked for and more!! My main focus was getting a food plan down and toning my body. In the past I was always able to slim down but never looked strong or felt like I was eating enough. Her program really helped me get a good idea of how I should be eating and how much I actually should be using weights at the gym. This program really helped me kickstart a much better mindset to eating and exercising. I lost 10lbs and lost inches everywhere, even my neck Haha. Thank you so much Courtney, you’re an incredible person, I wish you nothing but success for the years to come.

Everything a person needs, whether they're a serious bodybuilder or just beginning to exercise. Friendly patrons and very friendly staff. They have been excellent in enforcing clean equipment due to Covid-19, and their rates are very low for the services provided.

Showers are private and great. There are no lockers (only cubbies), but everything is in eyeshot and there are never questionable people there.

I've been going to this gym since before was owned by the current owners and in that time it has gone from mediocre to amazing. The price for a gym that is not overpopulated is mind-blowingly low, and adding that it's 24/7 makes it great for someone like me who works a night shift. All the machines and equipment are not only new but also connected to the internet which allows for profiles and accounts so you can monitor your own growth. They also offer showers that are individual rooms, meaning no more locker room style showers, and more personal space. Also, providing a towel service for the shower rooms, personal use on the workout floor, and for cleaning with sanitizing solution ensuring that things are kept safe and clean.
Overall a fantastic gym for anyone looking to work out on machines and free rates with personal space and respectable ownership.

This is a wonderful fitness gym that's open 24/7. The equipment line provides more than enough options for everyone whether you want to go full bore and body build or more like me, just need to get into a routine of moving. After finishing a year of breast cancer treatment, Alisha has been wonderful and very patient with me working on a routine that works for me for now. The gym is exceptionally clean all the time, I enjoy the brightness and uncluttered layout. Stop in, let Alisha and Tim show you around, you will be impressed!

Great gym with a pro military and emergency services community. Open 24 hours a day which offers great flexibility. The owner, Alisha, is a fantastic manager and awesome when it comes to customer service. Can not beat the location. Finish your workout and enjoy a run through downtown Eau Claire.
